Finsbury Park of London is where Minnie Driver was born. She started her stage career in 1991. Her mother was Gaynor Churchward, a designer as well as former model, and the father was Ronnie Driver, a businessman. Interestingly, Minnie’s mom was the mistress of her father, and her father’s wife did not know of the existence of this family. Driver went to the Bedales and later on to the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. She has Italian, Welsh, Scottish, French and Irish ancestry.

Minnie Driver has received the nomination for the Oscars for the Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film Good Will Hunting.
